Property Management

Business hours for Summit Property Management are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Fridays. Afterhours Answering Service # 619-260-3759.

Emergencies

In the case of a life threatening or safety issue please contact the appropriate civil agency, e.g. 911 or the Sheriff's non-emergency number at 858.565.5200, to report the incident. 

The Association does not staff to handle emergency calls. For civil emergencies, call 911.For other emergencies such as plumbing or electrical problems call your insurance company and / or a licensed contractor or water restoration firm.

Community Association Institute

Rancho Villas is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) National and is an active member of the local CAI San Diego Chapter. Rancho Villas encompasses the CAI standards of conduct and uses many of their publications and procedures in the maintenance and operation of the Association. The Association's General Manager is a Homeowner Director of the CAI Chapter. He is the Chapter Treasurer and is a co-chairman of the CAI Homeowner Roundtable that hosts homeowner questions at monthly meetings. CAI's Web Site offers a wealth of information.
