Association Payments
Please do not send your monthly homeowner dues to Rancho Villas Office or to Associated Professional Services. They must send them on to the
address listed in your coupon payment book, which will cause a delay in crediting your account.

The address in the payment book: Rancho Villas Community Association Associated Professional Svc., P. O. Box 501730, San Diego, CA 92150-1730 is a lock box of the Bank which handles our accounts. You will automatically receive a new payment book in May before your June payment is due.

For Refinancing or Escrow closing requirements:
Call Carol Gavagan, on Extension 1417, to request a summary statement of the Association's Insurance Coverage (Dec Sheet) that will be provided in accordance with Civil Code 1365. Please reference "CC&R Section 9.3.   Right and Duty of Owners to Insure.  It is the responsibility of each property Owner to provide insurance on his personal property and upon all other property and improvements within is Unit for which the Association has not purchased insurance in accordance with Section 9.1
